I know you don't mind having more people in your room, and I'm sorry to have to say it, but please be aware that the max occupancy of regular rooms at all the Value resorts is 4 people (age 3 and older). Something to also be aware of is that there is a per-night extra-adult charge for each guest after the first 2, over the age of 17 (I think it's 17, not 18).
[Sorry if that didn't make any sense at all - I'll try again. No extra charge for adult guests 1&2, but extra charge for adult guests 3&4. Hope that makes more sense.]
Since you have an AP, I agree with the idea suggested earlier about checking for AP room rates, that could certainly save you some money. Since you have an AP and don't need tickets, you could just book your room, then when you check in, the others could purchase their tickets for the # of days they need (and ask the Cast Member to add them to their key card....along with your dining plan credits - if you get one). I totally agree that buying a ticket each day will cost your friends considerably more, since the price for add'l ticket days decreases as you add more days.
And, you can get some discount on some food/meals with your AP.

(please note: the majority of them are Table Service)
The Tables in Wonderland (TIW) card idea could be good too, but there is a list of locations that take it, so it would be worthwhile to make sure the locations you want are on it....and you can also check out menus/food costs to see if splitting the cost of the TIW card will be worth it.
