Just throwing in another couple of (stating-the-obvious) thoughts -
If you don't have a park hopper ticket, and you're thinking of dining in a park, it would need to be a location in the same park you plan to visit for that day, or the same park where you are meeting others.
Or - if it's arrival day, dining in a park will use one day of admission on your ticket (which I agree is obvious & you've probably already thought of it ;o) but it's so easy to not count that day if you will just be arriving and are undecided about whether to go to DS or a park.....on the other hand, adding another day to a multi-day ticket (if needed) is usually pretty inexpensive, and can be done at almost any time after you get there.
