Although rack rates were just released for 2020, I’m seeing sold out on Disney’s site for the week of 1/18. Looking value Pop/ AOA. Could they really be sold out? Nothing on travel sites either. What gives?

That’s MLK weekend so it could be sold out. Keep checking, when travel agents do quotes for clients they can put a 3 or 4 day hold on the room before a payment has to be made. It could be that TAs put multiple holds, waiting for their clients to choose. So rooms may be cancelled in the next day or two.

1/20 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day - maybe people booked based on the short school/work week?

It's the weekend of College Cheerleading Nationals Championship and most of the Value resorts are blocked out/reserved for it
So I won’t be able to book there? Or if I wait will it open up?

And it was only $492 per night!

It was on the website.
None of these rooms are offered on travel sites, Expedia etc. I usually do a package with flight. Any reason why the rooms are available thru Disney only?
