Soaring sponsor?

Is the new Soaring attraction in The Land being sponsored by Nestle? Press for Soaring says that it is a "gift" from Disneyland to celebrate it's 50th birthday. So my question is: Is Nestle paying for it? Or is Disney paying for the building of the attraction and then letting Nestle pay for a new film after the celebration is over? Does anyone know how this is works?

One can only hope in a moment of sick twisted irony that a company with a logo of a GRIZZly bear sponsors the attraction/pavillion. Or Hershey comes out with a piece of chocolate shaped as a "bear"

I'm quite sure Disney foots the bill for building and renovating the pavillion, Nestle pays a "fee" much like a company does to name a stadium after itself, to have their name advertised and only their products sold there :)

Like Kevin said, even if Nestle were the sponsor they would not be paying for the construction but rather a fee to have there name on it, even a future new film were be paid for by Disney, The money from sponsors is no where near enough to construct an attraction, but it does help pay for maintenance and operation. Just like Stadiums and arenas, the companies only pay a fee for advertising not any construction costs.

Over here on the Left Coast it does not have a sponsor. I don't know if that sheds any light on it, but it seems that if a ride gets a sponsor in one resort, it tends to have the same sponsor in the other US park. I think. :p

Maybe, since Nestle is sponsoring it and all, they could hand out free chocolate bars at the end of the ride?

:p

Disney give something out for free EVERYDAY?!? I thought it was a stretch for them to have Ice Station Cool offering free drinks all day. But free and Disney together.... :hammer:

if they did that, you know it would be like a teaspoon of chocolate for free inside a giant candy store and at random points during the ride (like above the ocean), it would strangely smell of chocolate and you would see the a Nestle Crunch bar floating in the water...magical.
