Forgive me if this lives in a different thread... Does anyone know the chances of the California version making it back to Epcot? Seems with the extra theater that would make sense once the new film has been around long enough. However, it seems Disney likes keeping some differences from Park to park. Thank you for the insight.

It would be far more likely to return to the original version in DCA, because that is a park having to do with California, so Soarin' over California makes more sense there. Epcot has to do with the whole world, so Soarin' Around the World makes more sense here.

Probably not going to see a return because of the expense of filming and putting together the new scenes now being used, they wont want to bring back something theyve moved on from. The old Calif film was getting very old and worn out and it was really showing a deterioration and poor quality.
