I absolutely love the ride Soarin. I rode it for the first time in November. My question is about the last scene from Disneyland. In November the last scene was a Christmas scene and I was wondering if anyone that has ridden Soarin lately can tell me if they changed the scene? I figured since it was close to Christmas maybe that's why they had that. Thanks so much.
wdwlvr,

I haven't yet had the opportunity to ride Soarin' at Epcot, but I can tell you that Soarin' in DCA has always closed with the scene of Disneyland during the holidays, regardless of the time of year. Whether it is Thanksgiving, Halloween, or even Arbor Day, it is always Christmas time inside Soarin'. I assume the version at Epcot is the same.

Hope this helps!

i think if they do change it,then it should be either "soarin over the world" or "soarin over america".
i think that both would be pretty cool.

I may be wrong, but it seems to me that I recall reading somewhere that the "Soarin over California" theme has always planned on being temporary at Walt Disney World and from the beginning they announced that they had plans to make a differant movie for the Florida park. It was never mentioned what it would be, and I wouldn't be surprised if a new movie for WDW is in the making as we speak.:animwink:

I agree with the others who have said that Soarin' over Florida would be boring. Just not enough there. I think it would be really cool to have a Soarin' over the world. It would be very interesting to see all the different landmarks of world history, and Epcot is the perfect place for it!!!

I do think they will change the film eventually, but we can only speculate on what they will change it to!!

Soarin at Epcot still ends with Disneyland at Christmas time.

Soarin' Over FL isn't going to happen (and AFAIK was never more than a fan wish, not even a real rumor), but I've heard that "Soarin' Around the World" might. Who knows - the attraction is so successful in it's current incarnation I'm sure it will be a long while before any signifigant investment in upgrades is made.

There are no mountains...
The last I checked, there were four mountains in FL:
Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Everest. :D

As for a Soarin' Over Florida, why would I want to fly over FL after I fly a plane over it to get there? :brick:
