Soarin' Around The World?

Is it just pot luck if you get the new screen? Or can you request to be seated on the new screen? Or have all screens been updated with the new movie? I've done the original Soarin' before, so would like to experience the new 'Around The World' version. Is there a separate queue for this? Sorry, I don't know how it all works!

All new screens have the new movie so nothing to worry about.

All new screens have the new movie so nothing to worry about.

To be clear here, ALL THREE screens have the new movie, not just the new one. I know that's what you were saying, just wanted to clarify it.

I think it would have been cool if they kept two screens for the new version and one screen for the old California version.

It wouldn't be so neat if you have seen the California version a bunch of times and you wanted to see the new version.

I thought it would have been cool to see the old one again, that is, until I saw the new one on youtube. MAJOR kudo's to Disney for filming different ending sequences for each resort, (not that I was tired of seeing Disneyland at Christmas)

Great can't wait to experience it.....heading there first partial day of my trip and hoping with 3 theatres I will be able to snag a fp+ late in the day. Since I am at a resort I would think the earlier slots would fill first. So happy to hear they retained some of the original score...thanks for sharing.

In DL we sat near end and any tall object had a curve to it

They used allot of the main theme but in a whole new version which in my opinion is a whole lot better. They break off into different cultural musical sounds from around the world played along with the theme music. Its a bit different but the same soon all the way thru.

1 very small minor difference other than that it is exactly the same!!! The kid's shirt used to have a Disneyland logo on it, it is now gone. Other than that, Patrick will still be welcoming you aboard!!! Marie
