So whose WDW trip is being effected by this snow storm / nor'easter?

Wow, what are you going to do? This is what gives me pause about scheduling vacations this time of year.

My husband was in NYC last night. He said La Guardia was an absolute madhouse and his flight alone had 57 stand-by pax waiting to get on.

It's a road trip LOL, so I can leave whenever the roads calm down but it sucks shoveling damp snow with sirens and wind in the background when I can be on my way to Florida LOL. If I was was taking my truck I wouldn't be delayed at the lest bit. I would pop it into 4x4 and hit the road.

I was going to be all glib and tell you to screw it, just take Amtrak, but I was looking at trains leaving Penn Station and the first train that's not sold out is Monday, and that would be 900 bucks for coach seats for a family of four, one way (I've no idea how many are in your party, I just guessed). Tuesday isn't so bad ONLY 600 bucks one way.

Wusses, the lot of you. Me, I went skinnydipping in Lake Michigan yesterday. In preparation of my powerwalk hike to WDW next week. Barefooted.

Hope the weather cools off a bit and I get some snow blizzards - walking gets me warm, and I'm always already in danger of overheating from sheer hotness as is!

I am getting a little antsy about my upcoming Philadelphia/Boston uber sports trip which begins in six weeks.

Hopefully the weather will have clear up by then - on both sides of the pond!
