How was black car Orlando? I recall you saying you would be using them this September. Would you recommend them? Thank you !

Oh dang! I forgot about that. When our room assignment came we were happy as clams and decided we didn't want to rush to the port. Soooo, we went the cheaper route (just 2 of us) and switched to Disney's transfers. We didn't end up using Black Car Orlando.
I will say, using Disney's transfers that arrive later was super easy to do. We even let them take our checked bags earlier in the day. Arriving at the port later in the day (around 12:00 or so) was INSANE. I've never seen sooooo many people in the check-in lines. We've never stood in a check-in line that long. It was prob'ly about 20 mins. If we had stopped for a boarding picture there would've been more waiting there. Actually walking onto the ship didn't take much wait, tho. Liked not having a long wait to go to our stateroom, tho. That was cool!
