So much time, so little accomplished!!

Every year I will make two lists. One is the must dos, which almost always get done. Another list is want to dos. I don't take the list with me because I don't want to feel like I am setting an agenda. When I get home I will check the list to see how I did. I never make all the want to dos. This year we are bringing DS friend, who has never been. We will, in a way, be forced to do some of the things we might normally skip because we are not sure when he will make it back. I am very much looking forward to this trip. It will be like a first time trip for us.

I know the feeling... we planned and planned and planned, but it was our first time in July and the crowds were just too much for what we wanted to do.

The story of our Disney lives! To counter this i have decided that in December we will tour each park in the opposite direction of the way we normally go. I know Fps will mess this up a little, but hopefully we can stick to this mostly. There are whole sections of parks that DD has not seen in like 5 trips!

It wasn't as pronounced until we started taking our girls. I remember someone being shocked that we were spending 3 days at MK on their first trip, but only devoting 1 day each to the other parks. What's nuts- 3 days in MK and we STILL didn't do everything we wanted to do. For the girls' second trip, I went in with lowered expectations... accomplished a lot more, felt better about our days as a whole, but still missed out on quite a few things. I mean- my girls still have yet to go beyond Norway/UK in the World Showcase (depends on which way we start), FotLK and Nemo MUST happen this trip, I still haven't had my "me" time on RnR, and while I know the attraction gets low marks- Stitch is DH's fave and it would be nice if we finally do that in MK. I am at least grateful for the 9 days I have between surpising them with the trip and arriving at WDW so we can work on our must do list.
