So i saw the new matrix today

You hardly see neo...50% of the movie (or more) is a battle scene which is INCREDIBLY redundant..
The oracle is a different lady (and they dont even get into WHY..they basically blow it off as it being too complicated to explain)

It has closure..its LAME..but its there. Its exactly how i thought it was going to end........and i guessed this like..2 years ago.

That's what I've been hearing down here, that you can enjoy it if you don't go in expecting much. But if you're among those who are waiting to have your life changed by this bible... :hammer:
I also read that the ending is pretty much predictable, and that they leave such an opening for another sequel that the Wachowski seemed like a couple of big fat liars after the lights came on.
You can see this movie is being hyped beyond reason when its first showing will be on a Wednesday at the same time all over the world. Ours will be at noon, and it's pretty much sold out. That just shows the number of bums we have in town, how can someone go to the movies at noon on a Wednesday?!? :lol:
Anyways, I will be getting Reloaded this week so I can watch it with the original a couple of times, just to make sure I get the Architect thing (even though I know I DON'T!)

They should have quit while they were ahead...the first part was awesome...but the second lacked a story (it was just a combination of action, philosophy lesson, action) no story at all...and then the ending was rediculous....I have to admit though I liked reloaded more the second time I saw it when I got the dvd...
I have a feeling I'm in for probably the same thing in Revolutions...IMHO the scenes in the MATRIX are soooo much better than the ones in zion....
I'm going to see the movie tomorrow...I hope if anything there's atleast some good philosophy to munch on in this one too....atleast I'll come away from the movie with something.....

I think this pretty much sums it up. "Matrix" was cool because it was a world where everybody lived inside the computer, and those few who knew it could do whatever they wanted. "Reloaded" and "Revolutions" brought the real world, Zion, to the spotlight. Now who wants to see a bunch of ragged bums eating slop? I can see that everyday right outside my door! :lol:

hmm...man that sucks... man they should have stopped with the matrix... i was not satisfied with the second one and now i am going to the thrid one tomorrw... the day it opens.... so glad there was no midnight showings of this movie, cuz i would not want to be ther when all the fanatics go nuts... guess i am going to find out how it ends in 36 hours

The actress playing the Oracle passed away I believe. Obviously before the third movie was fully taped.

I always see for myself, not offense Now, but I've always been critical of critics (no pun intended.) At least I hope they tell what happens for the future, if not, I'm going to find out where the Bros. W live and murder them... ok, mabey not, but I'll atleast egg their car...
