Hi guys,

Quick question.
I'm from the UK and am looking into moving to Orlando. I'm not sure whether it would be best to save up money, move over and find a job when I get there? Or whether to start looking for a job now, whilst saving up the funds to move over?

I thought it would be best to start looking now, but I wouldn't be able to do any face-to-face interviews or anything. So I'm a tad stuck

Any advice would be a great help, thanks :)

The first thing you have to ask is if a company would offer you a job, and pay the expense of moving you to Orlando? If the answer is no, then I suggest you limit yourself to visits.
WDW is not the real Orlando. Living expenses are very high, while wages are low. Unless you have high demand skills and education, you will have trouble having a comfortable life that doesn't involve living paycheck to paycheck. You might have trouble getting your green card.
The traffic is horrendous for a small city.
Have you visited in July and August? If you had any trouble with the heat for two weeks, imagine living with it for around 6 months straight.

I hate to squash your dream, but you also need to look at reality. I would not move to another country unless I, or my spouse, had a good paying job waiting for me.
