So happy :)

So excited! After months of persuading, my parents have agreed that for our 2013 holiday, we can stay onsite at Disney! :sohappy:
We've only been twice as a family and stayed offsite in a villa both times. I am totally psyched!
Our budget is pretty small, so we're looking at the values, maaaaaaaybe a moderate depending on how much we can save during that time. We want to go in Easter, as I'm at uni, and my mum and little sister go to the same primary school (mum works there), but we know the crowds will be packed. Do you think it's better to go before or after Easter? And which is your favourite value? I'm considered the planner in the family, despite being 19, because I'm obsessed with this site... so any help is welcome! :)

The Sassagoula River.

If anyone is interested, the plans are coming together :)
We are going 2nd April - 16th April and are staying at either PORS or POFQ :sohappy:
Hope it's alright if I use this thread to update and ask questions!
Concerning the river boats, when do they start and stop running? I imagine we will be using them alot, much less claustrophobic than the buses!

Well there are lots of boats that sail from early morning till late at night. Remember they only go to downtown.

My Dad emailed me today with news, he has been talking to travel agents trying to find the best deal.

We knew it was going to be expensive, but it is costing over £6000.
He gave me some examples, and he wanted me to ask you if the "free" dining is really worth it. We are hiring a car so we can go to Universal and outside of Disney to eat occasionally, and it would mean having to have a split stay in order to qualify. Seems like a lot of hassle, and I'm not sure it would save us money.

What do you guys think? Is the "free" dining worth it? Can you tell me about your experiences?

That's a lot of Dosh. How many in your party? What do you mean is the free dining worth it:ROFLOL:. The price your dads been quoted seems high to me,but Easter is an expensive time to go to WDW. Is that price premium seats with Virgin?

There will be four of us, and it would be in the economy seats. It's down to £5900 now apparently, I'll be seeing him tomorrow so we will have a sit down and work out figures. It is alot of dosh :|
