I have been ordering DVD's from extinct attractions club recently and I can't believe that an archive like that exists out there for fans like us. It's amazing, especially for those of us who want to relive the feeling of the parks from childhood. Do any of you out there who have ordered from them have any personal favorites? Mine so far is the World of Motion/Test Track DVD. It is very well done and just like Disney; entertaining first but you'll learn a few things as well. The contact with imagineers and attraction knowledge that they have been able to get their hands on amazes me.

Actually, I have found plenty of better footage in Martin's [Marni] videos (especially the Ultimates) than of the ones that I have purchased from the EAC. Try looking around before you spend $20+ on DVD with somewhat poor quality footage- plus you don't have to see the personalized family version of the Imagination video with the owner's child throwing a temper tantrum in Imageworks.

EAC seems only worthwhile for the documentaries, go with what you can find online, especially from Martin, for your ride video needs.

I too have downloaded the torrents and enjoy the 1986 version of Spaceship Earth. Martin's videos are good but his text moves too fast.

I have several videos from EAC (Horizons, WoM, Imagination, CoP, 1964-65 World's Fair, Disneyland Home Movies, The Land), but Martin's videos are WAY better. I have to agree about the text moving a little too fast sometimes. But these videos are just amazing. I have most of them now.

Wow, thanks Martin. What an awesome site...and it's free. Can't wait to get home to start downloading, (work is too slow with firewall and all).

10 days to CBR...:sohappy:
