So Apple was thinking about buying Disney after all?

Read in the Washington Post today that Apple has hired the creators/producers of Breaking Bad and the Blacklist to head the content department over there. The article states that this would mean Apple doesn't need to buy Disney for content.

I would think they just have the creators etc on contract or something. I wouldn't think buyout or takeover.
