But it's not over night is it. It's been almost two years..The argument will be... "quality takes time". Carnivals go up overnight.
Well, then it must mean that the longer they take, the better quality it will be. Besides, let's not discount the massive buildup of anticipation, not to mention the numbers of threads dedicated to the downfall of Disney that would need to be eliminated if they did it faster. But it's not over night is it. Hahaha true! What would people moan about then? I do kind of wish they opened all of fantasyland at the same time though. I just think it would have made it more impressive. Sure it's worth the wait.Well, then it must mean that the longer they take, the better quality it will be. Typically soft openings are unannounced before they start and can be sporadic. The ride may stay open until it's grand opening, but it could close any time for a few hours or a few days to tweak issues found. They don't typically publicize the soft openings so that people don't get their hearts set on riding the ride and then get disappointed when it's shut down. Based on the amount of progress we have seen lately I would say you have a shot of seeing a soft opening.Does a soft opening last till the grand opening? Or is a soft opening temporary for a few days here and there? We are going to be there 3/6 at the MK and I'm hoping for a happy surprise.
People have gotten huge since BTMRR opened. Bigger people = bigger stairsWhy are the steps and walkways so pronounced with the new Snow White coaster? BTMRR they can hardly be seen. Not complaining, just wondering.
I am hoping that it is done by January 2015.
More then likely just the angle of the picture. They all have stairs along side the tracks. Ever see the ones on SSE? It will not really be noticeable when you are riding in a swaying ride car.People have gotten huge since BTMRR opened. Bigger people = bigger stairs
Seriously, I have no idea, but I did think the stairs stood out when I looked at the pictures.
Thought I first read it was going to be 38. But I would like to know too.Really hoping for a happy surprise. Won't get my heart set. You think 40" height requirement or 44"?
It's 38.Thought I first read it was going to be 38. But I would like to know too.
There were morbidly obese people in 1980 also.People have gotten huge since BTMRR opened. Bigger people = bigger stairs

You know whats funny about political correctness (OK, nothing really)? I would rather be called fat any day of the week then Morbidly Obese. For one thing it implies that whomever is that way is about to fall over dead, is otherwise unhealthy and should be pitied instead of treated like any other person. There are a lot of tall people that actually weigh more then a fat person does. They have the same heart doing the same amount of work, why aren't they considered Morbidly Heightened. There were morbidly obese people in 1980 also.
I'm not a Doctor (nor do I play one on TV) but I think it has to do with stress levels on the proportionally sized muscles. You know whats funny about political correctness (OK, nothing really)? There were, but they had no rights back then. There were morbidly obese people in 1980 also.
That's why it's good to be tall and fatI'm not a Doctor (nor do I play one on TV) but I think it has to do with stress levels on the proportionally sized muscles.
A person that is 6' 4" will have a larger sized heart than a person who if 5' 4"(considering that the body is proportional). If they weigh the same amount then the shorter person's heart is having a lot more stress put upon it than the taller person's.
Being overweight also enlarges ones heart, so it cancels itself out.I'm not a Doctor (nor do I play one on TV) but I think it has to do with stress levels on the proportionally sized muscles.

Shirley you jest.Being overweight also enlarges ones heart, so it cancels itself out.
No and don't call me Shirley! Ask me, I'm living proof. The heart has to work extra, just like a person with any larger body mass, therefore the heart muscle adds to itself to handle the additional work load.Shirley you jest.
