Not sure the ice cream shop would have a knife large enough to cut the whole sandwich for you.

But if you remember to keep a plastic knife with you from a previous quick-serve, you might manage.

There are plastic knives available for self use. I meant I was not sure the servers had a regular knife to cut it for the guests.
