Small World was NEVER about world peace?

You can't have world peace unless you have peace at home and Crocker Bank can help you with that.

Holy crap, that was dumb. 😂

I remember fondly many fun commercials from the 60's and 70's, and still know the jingles. But it's easy to forget there were also a lot of really schmaltzy, clumsy, stupid commercials in there too.

I'm going to try and heal this space and cleanse our palates here after that Crocker Bank mess, by offering up this old favorite also from 1970 that's a true gem. I start humming this jingle every time I go down the beer aisle at Ralph's. It just gets bigger and better every 10 seconds!

Omg, I have something for you!

Before I go find that nugget, the Crocker Bank commercial featured We've Only Just Begun written by Paul Williams. Richard Carpenter liked it so much, he had his sister sing it and it became a big hit by the Carpenters.

Another nugget for you, Crocker Bank is where Scott Adams started his business career and sparked his inspiration to create Dilbert.
