Small World Holiday

I was looking at Disneyland's Calendar for later in October, like the week before Halloween, and it says IASW is closed for Holiday install. How long does this take? I would like to see that. Should I plan to visit in November instead for that? Also, this was just to get an idea for visiting for next year, 2005. I was looking times to get an idea for what times could be like next October/November.

Also on a side note another question. I'm trying to decide on a hotel. I've got it down to 2. Which is the better of the 2? Candy Cane Inn or Carousel Inn?

I'd wait if I were you for the holiday makeover. I really like Candy Cane Inn. I haven't stayed at Carousel.
