Small Dilemma

So I will be going to US and IOA aug 11-13 so for three days. I have a tight budget and was just wondering if I should do the 3 day park to park or should I use that little extra money on an express pass for one day of the three day base ticket? For the second option it would be IOA for $64.99. Is the express pass worth it for that price? Or does going back and forth to both parks and the hogwarts express make the park to park ticket worth it?

I'd say go park to park, but express pass might be useful too depending on how you're going to spend each day. I like park to park better because by the time I finish all of the rides at both parks, (which you should do in two days) it's nice to have a day where you go back and forth and simply hang out and re-ride some of your favorites. The train makes this even more enjoyable.

Tough call, but I'd go with park to park. Otherwise you cannot ride the hogwarts express.

It will be pretty crowded so the xpress pass would be nice. But with three days you should be able to enjoy yourself even without.

Express is nice to have, but the fact that you can't use it on any HP stuff, and would be missing out on the Hogwarts Express entirely, makes park-to-park the right choice IMO.

How big is your party? I would go for the park to park myself, but I travel with adults only and we go from open til close.

If your going solo (not sure if you are) Your better off taking the opportunity to use the single rider lines as many of the attractions do have them..

With three days I wouldn't bother with Express. Three days is enough time to see all the attractions without having any huge waits, and as others have said you can always use single rider lines for re-rides etc.

If it was a choice between two days with Express, or three days without, I'd go three days without every time.

Oh snaps, should have mentioned Im going with my girlfriend if that makes a difference. But I agree with you guys, three days park to park should be fine. Im looking forward to going back after about 11 years lol. I hope we make the most out of those three days. Just a little concerned with WWOHP and how packed it will be. I really want to explore that area.

You just have to be ready to go early, like most things. We did in January and it made a world of difference, not just in line rides, but in pictures, exploring the streets and shops, etc.

Just do the WW early and late and fill the rest of the day with wandering ride to ride to attraction in the parks. 3 days P2P will be perfect.
