I agree with the bigger drop on POTC..
I think Maelstrom should have a bigger drop as well. First time I rode it I could have sworn we'd go down a drop backwards. That would have been really thrilling.
I can't think of anything else besides what most people have already thought of. Perhaps a Monica and Hilary animatronic fight scene in HOP. That'd be amusing
