Skyliner Extra Magic Hours

I know the Skyliner is open only certain hours of the day (ex. 8am - 10:30pm), If there are extra magic hours in the morning/at night for the different parks, will the Skyliner be open at the early and late hours to take people back to the hotels they connect to? Or will there be bus transportation available instead?

Buses have not stopped running from those resorts, I don't believe they ever will, especially at park open/close.

Skyliner was not running early for EMH @ DHS last week.
