Keeping my fingers crossed that it'll be open the first week of May. Unlikely, I know. But the last time I was in Universal in 1991, I rode Back to the Future 3 months before it opened. So maybe I'll get lucky again!
I don't know which I'm surprised with more. That you went on BTTF 3 months early (lucky), or that the last time you were there was 1991 o_O

There is a lot more immersion involved and it will not be entirely screen based. Mix that with a dark and dank feeling queue and the entire package creates an environment that will have a foreboding "scary" feel to many.

In the press release for this attraction they mentioned in the queue you will encounter "hostile natives" of skull island. will they be using live scare actors for this?

That's what the rumors say. The guys behind HHN are involved with the queue apparently.
