Overpriced items and food, food same as any Mexican place in US and given their penchant for bulls goring horses (yes, they really do this. Google "Mexico Horse and Bull fights") I wouldn't give them a dime!!!!
Other than Mexico, I'd skip dinner altogether and just eat a little at each of the worlds during Food and Wine festival. The food is very good. A little pricey for the portions, but you'll only do it once, so treat yourself.

Ummmm... I could Google every country in the WS ( including America )and find something objectionable about every one. Doesnt stop me from enjoying what Mexican pavillion and the restaurants have to offer me as a vacationer at Disney. Your choice to avoid any of the countries if you have any dislikes about them, our choice to enjoy what they have to offer. Called Freedom.

Not sure i agree. However, i feel that way about all the pavillions. With that said, i have no interest in eating at any of the ts restaurants in ws. I do, however, enjoy the quick service. As far as Mexico, i love strolling through there and hail trailing out to get triple fish and chips

It's WDW--ALL of the food is overpriced for the most part. And your argument is null and void regarding the Food and Wine Fest, because it doesn't run all year, so I guess people are supposed to starve by your standards then? LOLo_O

I am spoiled by local Tex Mex food so we do not enjoy the food as much as we do locally. But we love the overall theme, the drinks and vibe.

Just curious the horse bull fights are upsetting but the whale hunting in Norway next door does not upset you? I would say both suck but it has not kept me from going to either pavilion, mainly because they are located in a theme park in Florida and have little to nothing to do with what occurs in their "home" countries.

I live near Dallas so I was wondering about the offerings. Is the food in Mexico "real" Mexican food or more closer to TexMex?

Not very Tex Mex at all IMO. It reminds me of MexiCali type Mexican food more than TexMex. It's good but just not what we eat normally. But honestly San Angel more than makes up for it with the theme. It's awesome there, and the tequila flights are excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Man now I want to be there.....115 days left till next trip. Not doing dinner in Mexico this time, Italy for us this time at Epcot :)

The table service restaurants don't focus on Tex-Mex for the dinner menus, but there is still some available to satisfy picky eaters. Lunch seems to be more Tex-Mex inspired, then they move more to other Mexican regions for the dinner items.
