Sorry for the rant, but Disney seems to be changing. That is why we have decided that after six or more trips in the near future, we will be calling it quits on WDW.
For starters, Disney seems to focus on profit. That is no way to run a business.
What would Walt say if he found out the parks were charging money to ride different rides?
Second, I miss the old Epcot. Back in my day, you could see singing fruits and vegetables perform in a daily animatronic show in The Land. You could watch Michael Jackson dance around in a space suit and defeat evil through song in the Imagination pavilion. You could learn about Norway through trolls sending you over a waterfall, not some make believe fairy tale. Nowadays, things have just gotten childish.
Sorry again for sounding negative. We have had many fun memories in the past at WDW, but things have changed, and not for the better. We will be sticking it to Chapek soon by visiting Disneyland or some overseas Disney parks rather than continuing to feed his greed.
Thanks for listening.
