It's sad...but when will people realize that gates are there for a reason???

I could see if the ride malfunctioned and killed someone...that would be horrific to think!

Unless the gate wasn't "closed" or somethiing...this is just a case of someone not following the rules and paying for hit horribly. I know I may sound heartless but when will people realize???

Anyways, my heart goes out to the family of the victim for their tragic loss.

Well, in that case...that is not her fault, that is the ride operator's fault...and...Six Flags should be held responsible.

Anybody here hear about the girl that was killed at the Six Flags in Arlington TX? She was on Roaring Rapids and the boat capsized. She drowned...this happened about a year or two ago. Scary thing is that I've been to that Six Flags often and when I was a child I rode Roaring Rapids all the time.

From what I'm hearing from a friend of mine that works at that Six Flags, they didn't train the employees as well as they could of...

Wait... the article said he happened when she was strapping her son into the ride. Was this the same ride? Why was another car moving while she was strapping her son into it. Or did she just not leave the gated area after strapping him in???
