Single Rider Lines

So I'm going solo to Disney in January as I've done a few times before. I love taking advantage of the single rider entrance at Test Track and Everest. Why doesn't Disney have this for other rides? Space Mountain for example. How many times do you see a rocket leaving the station with an empty seat? I see it quite a bit. I know they used to have a sign for it there, but it's never in use.

Tower of Terror could use it. Splash could use it. I can see why they wouldn't want Thunder to use it only because so often you crush the person sitting next to you. Kiliminjaro Safari could use it. Kali River Rapids could use it. Dinosaur could use it.

Am I forgetting anything?

Most attractions were not built for single rider lines. You may think it helps, but in the long run, it creates much more hassle.

I don't see how. At least, for certain attractions. Everest for one. There are very few people that use the single rider entrance. If there's an empty seat, they take that person from the line, and bam. That's it.
