My wife and I were talking last night about TT. Does anyone remember the orginal single rider line for it? You were told by a cast member to walk up the side of the building on a mud slop with no stairs or hand rail and go through the first door on the right.

I was wondering how Disney every got away with doing that since is wasn't handicap accessible at all.

I remember spending what seemed like half of my day at the TT SRL spot. I can't even keep up with the different ways they have used the queue at that attraction. Right now is pretty much perfect though.

Not old, just vintage.
I do remember this. I also think that this was the first ride in Disney where I ever saw a single rider line. Thats probably why the entrance for the single riders back in the beginning wasn't too well thought out...Kind of a spur of the moment revelation that they could really maximize capacity if they let parties of 1 fill empty seats. I dont even know at what point the single rider line was turned into a more perm. situation.

Also, on the note of accessibility, I have always found TT to be one of the least accessible rides in Disney. They claim that the mainstream entrance is accessible but if you have ever tried to navigate an ECV thru there you will be to differ. I have gotten my ECV stuck on those tight turns more times than I care to admit. It is so embarassing when everyone turns to stare at me as I have to go back and forth crashing into the railing to make the turns. Don't even get me started on the pre-show room and how rude people are about not letting you get out of the room first. But, hey the way I look at it is if you are rude enough to jump in front of a moving vehicle you deserve to get ur feet run over. I love TT but I hate the que for it...in an ECV that is. Ive gotten so fed up that ive even complained several times about it. Nothing has ever happened tho... Ok. Rant over. :hammer:
