2 ad ideas:

Homer wakes up from a dream where he was a costumed character at SimpsonsWorld who went on various rides. Relieved it was all a dream, he goes downstairs to find the rest of his family as costumed mascots. Homer believes everything is normal.

Krusty talks about his deal with SimpsonsWorld to put Krustyland and Krustywood studios. As Krusty talks about how he is glad there's another park in town, a map of SimpsonsWorld behind him falls to reveal plans for KrustyWorld, "a hostile makeover of SimpsonsWorld."

How about ads with Kang and Kodos, and Mr. Burns, @Miru ?

I have a idea for the commerical:
We'll see Sideshow Bob is drawing his paper in the prison and it shows Bart, Lisa, Homer, Marge and Maggie are in the rollercoaster as derail into the bunch of chainsaws, crocodiles, fire, nuclear weapons, etc to killing them all. As Jailbird smacks Sideshow Bob as he fells into the ground and gets smack by a giant rake as the prison guards along with prisoners are laughing at him as Sideshow Bob using his laughing gas bomb to affect the guards as he escaping the prison using his Acme Portable Hole from Wile E. Coyote, as he was ended up in SimpsonsWorld as he will hunting the Simpsons family to kill them everywhere in the park.

Kang and Kodos have crash-landed in Shelbyville, where they notice several Shelbyvile residents, like The Weasels, are in line for a shuttle to a new attraction. The two of them decide to hijack the shuttle, which suddenly turns into a coaster, throwing them off and landing them in Simpsons World. We then get highlights of the park, and the commercial ends with them being pulled out and dragged into a restaurant’s kitchen.

Just a suggestion if you are really wanting to flesh this out is to try and focus your brainstorming. It feels like you are jumping around a good bit, but not really getting a good handle on the overall park with this diving into marketing, etc.

MM10 gave a solid park land line up and your initial map sketch is a great starting point. Maybe nail down a guiding statement for what you want to accomplish with the park (is this just a bunch of themed Simpson areas, is the idea that guests are part of the Simpson's world from an immersion/interactivity standpoint, etc.) and focus on a land at a time to pinpoint attractions/dining you want to include. I think it might help your idea generation. Maybe certain lands will appear to different members, and they'll want to jump in when you get to that point.

I want the guests to feel like they're really in Springfield, and immerse themselves with the chaotic events that happen.

Sounds great. Then I guess just a matter of how immersive you want that to be. Something in the vein of Galaxy's Edge where guests can be an active participant in the Springfield community as soon as they walk in the park, thrown into an episode what have you, or simply uber themed lands more akin to Disney's traditional lands. Whichever direction you want to go might help with ride selection, stories of various rides (if guests are a part of the story) and more as you go from entering the park and explore each part of town from an idea perspective.

Shelbyville would make a nice expansion area. The monorail could be pretty cool as a means of transport, with themed dioramas like the railway.

EXPANSION: Shelbyville, Springfield's rival town will be placed opposite of the parking for Springfield, a la California Adventure.

Shelbyville is its own land, with costumed mascots of the Shelbyville residents from "Lemon of Troy".

You can have bands that show your allegiance to Springfield of Shelbyville, and if you are caught with an opposing band, the costumed actors will act noticeably meaner to you.

BONUS: Commercial Idea!

The Simpsons are having fun at SimpsonsWorld. Homer says "If this is what they got here, I can only imagine the people at Euro-SimpsonsWorld."

Cut to Euro-SimpsonsWorld, a noticeably empty version of SimpsonsWorld in France in which every Springfieldian has a mustache and beret, and Duff Gardens is but an empty clearing.

"SimpsonsWorld, The Happiest Place on Earth! (Not counting all the others.)"

I like to see Mickey Mouse makes his cameo from Walt Disney World to see the Simpsons build their own theme park as he will sueing for them for he was supposed to planning for new Encanto and Coco as new lands at Magic Kingdom in years.

I guess we can use Futurama IP expansion, but we will think what is going for expansions.
I think we will have Homer's Guessing Love Game Show as special guest: his son, Bart which he will choose his ex-girlfriends to be his girlfriend again like:
Jessica Lovejoy, Mary Spuckler, Jenny, Darcy, Gina Vendetti, Jessica Lovejoy, Greta Wolfcastle and Nikki McKenna as other Bart's ex-girlfriends. At end of the game, Bart chooses Mary Spuckler to as his girlfriend for rest of his lives as Homer Simpson is getting attacked by Bart's ex-girlfriends for making them losers.

I can see in Shelbyville, we will see Milhouse's mother walking her bags featuring Mickey Mouse doll, one of Star Wars lightsabers for his son, Milhouse as she saw Bart is running away from his ex-girlfriends, as his father, Homer Simpson helped him into the building which is the game show themed to love show that Bart is hiding as the audience from the SimpsonsWorld sees Bart Simpson to be part of Homer's Guessing of Love Show filming at the soundstage as audience cheers for him, as Homer being as game host to bring Bart back to one of his ex-girlfriends to win the game, as Bart's ex-girlfriends are ready to get him back for one of their boyfriend back.
