Simpsons will definetly be smoother plus there planing on adding new technology like water, wind, smells.Obviously fans will always be angry that this ride went, but think of it as an upgrade like Horizons to Mission Space or World of Motion to Test Track.Or science Epcot to no science just pixar Epcot(it will happen)JK.

The Simpsons movie wasn't that big of a hit, nor was it that good, nor was it live action. So the ride won't make you feel like your part of the film, just like you are watching a 3D cartoon.

The Simpsons Movie was one of the surprise hits of the summer. No one thought it would even gross 100 million bucks total and it's approaching 400 million world wide. Honestly, don't blatantly lie about things when the internet can give everyone the opportunity to point out your lies.

How is that an upgrade?

I was there on the last ride of the night for Back to the Future Orlando's closing. Probably the best (and most cheerful) experience I've ever had at the park, even though it was a celebration of the ride closing. The queue line showed videos that hadn't been used in years. The queue line audio system was used as a loud speaker for Team Members (I remembered to call them that rather than Cast Members this time) to entertain the crowd. The whole experience was so memborable, I called up management the next day to thank them for arranging such a momentous and fun party- a great way to send off one of my favorite attractions.

Excuuuse me all to hell. I apologize for my misinformation. I guess I was going by word of mouth because I didn't think it was that great and no one else I know that saw it. And I was going with after all the hype the talk about it just died out rather quickly. Again, I'm sorry.

The only reason that the simpsons movie made that much money is because
MOST not all .. MOST people thought that this movie was going to be amazing and brilliant but it wasn't. It was good, but it could of been SO MUCH BETTER. Thats just my opinion anyway:shrug:

I am looking forward to this ride, but i just don't want to get too excited like I did with the movie and find out that it could have been a lot better. I am looking forward to it i'm just not getting too excited. I hope its good, I want to see a photo of the simpsons characters

Personally, I had absolutely no hope that the movie would be amazing or brilliant. It was exactly what I expected: a lengthy recent Simpsons episode. Had its moments, but that was it.
I saw it opening night because 1. it was my birthday, and 2. because as little as I expected, I still love The Simpsons.

I will say that the theatre was packed that night.

There was a big hype over it in England people were saying that it was going to be brilliant and the best movie ever. I agree, it was just a lengthy simpsons episode. Some moments were funny but it could have been so much better.
I saw the first showing of it where I live. It was at midnight, because I love the simpsons even though it was midnight, the cinema was packed

The movie was way too much like an episode of recent years. I actually had a tiny bit of hope when I noticed that they brought back many of the old writers for the movie... I was wrong :(
