Just remember, 3 years not including any internships. If you started as a CP or Advanced intern, it's 3 years from your "seniority date" rather than your "start date".
That's another hit or miss situation. I know of several CP's/AI's who turned full time and have gotten 35% off after 3 years with the company, not just 3 years after their union seniority date.

It's based on the information in SAP. So if someone entered "Adjusted Hire Date" (a.k.a. seniority date) improperly (which happens) then yes, they would start to get 35% early. But if the information was entered properly in SAP, then they should not get it until 3 years of their actual Adjusted Hire Date.

A role I held in the past dealt with entering this type of information into SAP, so this is something I'm very aware of...
