Parts are in bay lake, walk around that on the bottom of bay lake, the gators await you’
Uh, I don't think anyone said they were getting out of their boat/Sea Racer, so where are you getting that they are "walking around the bottom of bay lake?" You can drive the boat over towards that area to view parts of River Country (just like you can view other parts of WDW from Bay Lake without getting out of your boat)!

I think that this guy has a hard time understanding what a Sea Raycer is and that no one is planning to trespass on River Country.

Depending on where you surf, you’ve probably been in the water with crocodiles in close range.
People hike, kayak, bike, etc in the Everglades.. most don’t die. Being in the water of Bay Lake or walking around River Country isn’t an automatic death sentence.

I just wouldn’t recommend doing it regardless, not worth the risk of getting banned.

i think i read this somewhere before, that the cost of refurbishing something is much lower than actually building when it comes down to it. If they leave it alone, it will be considered a "refurb" and cost them less to develop there if they chose to.

It all depends on current code. River Country was constructed before the ADA. If Disney chose to refurb, they'd have to bring everything up to various codes. Sometimes retrofitting is more expensive than new build.

Eventually nature will do what nature does. Given its current condition, there'd be a lot of heavy equipment just clearing the overgrown vegetation in order to remove the buildings and other stuff.
