I like Narcoosee's, but I love California Grill. I would highly recommend you go for California Grill (followed by watching Wishes from one of their outdoor balconies).

romantic?! Nothing romantic about the Cali Grill. Narcoosee's atmosphere is more romantic, Jiko's is more romantic. Cali Grill is wide open, too bright and rather loud for romantic mood. So you can see Wishes - you can view Wishes from the other resorts around the 7 Seas Lagoon. Have a romantic dinner and then book a fireworks cruise on the Lagoon and view Wishes from the boat. Now that can be very romantic.

I guess it depends what you like. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Narcoosee's and Jiko and I understand what you are saying about the lighting and acoustics at Cali Grill, but Cali Grill has by far the best views and (for my taste) the best food.

Of the three you mention in your poll, I like California Grill the most. I would pick it over almost any signature on property for a memorable meal. The only others I would consider would be Jiko, Flying Fish, bluezoo and Il Mulino. I'd throw in Artist Point as a dark horse option. If it were up to me to pick a romantic signature option that has good food and the right feel, I'd probably lean towards bluezoo.

That is, if Victoria & Albert's is out, as you've stated. It's certainly a lot to spend, but it's worth it for the experience, which is definitely intimate and romantic. We've done it once, and it was on our honeymoon. We might do it again someday -- maybe try to get the Chef's Table -- but even if it was a one-time experience, I'm glad we dropped the cash on it.

I don't know much about bluezoo. I'm going to go check out their menu!

A California Grill meal while watching Wishes would be my top choice for a special occasion. I have not been there since the renovation, but my meal there prior to that was my favorite on site so far.

Artist's Point would be my runner up if CG is all booked up.
