Signature Length???

What the new ruling on signature length. It used to be five lines, but I've seen several with up to 10 lines. Is there no limit anymore?

I'm hoping people can use some common sense and use a signature that gets the job done, without being a problem to others. If there are any that are an issue, I have been contracting them about it.
