Thank you for this pict. I knew I wasn't going crazy. Wonder why they changed it. I would think if there was actually something wrong with the original face they would have just put a strobe light on him.

The face of the pirate on the left. Is that the same face of the caveman who was cooling his feet in the old World of Motion ride?

I think it's the puffed up cheeks that look similar.

That was him. The puffed up cheeks work for blowing on one's feet as well as whistling.

The pirate on the left does, indeed, resemble the great Sid Ceasar. The likeness is uncanny. Loved his t.v. show as a kid. (now 68 years) :wave:
