Hi all. I don't post much but tonight I took my family to see Shrek and was wondering how they get away with all the Disney usage during the movie. Can anyone explain this? I don't think Shrek is a Disney movie but am I wrong? I'm probably just missing something here so please don't bash me to much.:hammer:

This is what I thought but in the movie they talk about Disney people and stories. How do they do this or should I say why does Disney let them do this?

Disney does not own the stories. They are all fairtails and writen years ago. I know most come from german and british writers.

This is how Peter Pan was made
