Shows I'd like to see brought to DVD

Why is it that "DuckTales", "Gummy Bears" and "Dinosaurs" were never brought to DVD. I would buy them all as soon as they came out. I used to love these shows and I could be wrong but I think they'd sell well. I realize that Dinosaurs is a Henson production but with Disney now owning the rights to the Muppets I guess I feel they're closer to owning Dinosaurs too. Would anyone else buy these series?

Yes, I agree Aaron!

There's also "Tail Spin, Goof Troop, Bonkers, and how could you forget Dark Wing Duck. My friend has a couple of old videos of the 'Dinosaurs'...classic. I agree that Disney should bring back most of the old classic shows, and bring them to Disney Channel. I wish that TNT, or someone would buy the rights to the Dinosaurs. Bring these Classics Back!!

Yes to all of those! Definitely! I gotta add "TaleSpin", "Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers", "Aladdin" (TV series), "Darkwing Duck," and "Gargoyles."

Ducktales the Movie is coming out down here in March, I think. And Gargoyles is coming out in the US this year, I believe. Isn't 2004 the 10th anniversary?

Disney is hesitant to release any of their old syndicated cartoons on DVD because if they DID release them, there would be no reason for ToonDisney.

Personally...id LOVE ducktails....so...since im impatient, ive downloaded the entire series :D 13 CDs worth.

I've been looking all over for those cartoons online... and of the Disney Afternoon cartoons. If I had Toon Disney, I'd watch it there. Unfortunately, with such limited availability of that channel (my cable provider doesn't even offer it), I think they're really killing a lot of their potential market.

Same here. Had it all downloaded at some point. Watched it and then sadly deleted it. Did the same with Gargoyles. Now I'm going for TaleSpin and Darkwing Duck.

Personally, also looking forward to Recess and Boy Meets World.

Recess would be a nice one to come to DVD, I'd like to see that. Boy Meets World is coming to DVD this year, I will definitely be picking up my copy.

I would love to see them bring all 7 seasons of the Mickey Mouse Club from the 90's out! Not just because of JC, Justin, Britney, etc, but because I LOVED the show! I'm still an MMC freak til this day!

I totally agree (except, don't know about the last one!). I have heard, though, that the 1950s MMC is planned to be on an upcoming Treasures release.

I don't know why the original "Freaky Friday" was not released in conjunction with the recent movie, either. It is still a sentimental favorite among thirtysomethings like me...

I am going to Disneyland next summer...I hope she's still in the show. When I was living in FL, I would go to Jennifer McGill with AmericanVybe at Epcot! But I would love to see MMC on DVD!

Of course I do. If my memory isn't failing me, it was on right before the new MMC.
