Does anyone know anything about the script writing process at Imagineering or what exactly their show writers do? There's tons of info on their artists, engineers, etc but not much on how writers function within the organization. I'm interested in learning more about how exactly they utilize writers, what they look for, if there's a process their writers follow...any info at all! Also I'm looking for Disney attraction scripts/treatments so I have examples to read and learn from

Check out WDWRadio show 306: interview with Darryl Pickett. I also recommend reading Ron Schneider's book From Dreamer to Dreamfinder.

I'm not sure if either of these things are quite as specific as what you're looking for, but I found them fascinating nonetheless.

^ I was going to recommend this too! I remember that.

Show is free on itunes or the radio website and I found it pretty neat!

Also welcome to the forums @WEDWay212 :)
