This is not from WDW but was taken at Tokyo Disney this past Sunday. This is my daughter (on the left) and her best friend. She told me Tokyo Disney does not have a separate Halloween party, but for the week of Halloween if you dress as a Disney character, you can come to the parks in costume. Needless to say, they were both VERY popular.

Vanellope is my baby and my most favorite Disney Princess (she is one. i swear by it) and i originally made it for anime conventions with later plans of using it for MNSSHP so I'm super excited to be wearing it tomorrow!Me as Peter Pan, from MNSSHP in 2008:

As we have done before, we went with a simple group costume... I designed some shirts, and hats rounded out the look:
Then we tracked down the Toy in question himself at the Diamond Horseshoe, and he kinda went nuts!
It was a very fun evening... one of the best MNSSHP's we've ever attended.

In 2010, we were the Universe of Energy... Bill Nye, Ellen and some dinosaurs.
The little one agreed only if she had a skirt so everyone would know that she was a girl dinosaur, so my wife made a Disney Halloween skirt with some awesome fabric:
2011 was kind of a last minute trip, so the kids were just a Power Ranger and a zebra. The adults "dressed up".

I went with a simple costume, but it seemed to be a hit. One young guest commented that he liked my mask, and many of the characters would react to it, most notably Tarzan and Rapunzel.
