Should the Parks be ONLY for Disney resort guests?

Now that you're back from an extended WDW trip may I suggest an extended rehab trip ! You must be on some good/bad stuff to even come up with this question.

asides from a business perspective, I'd like to see the park open to the general public for a non-monetary reason.

One of the great things about disney is that is relatively open to all... so even if you come from modest means your child can still experience disney. sure, it may not be the GF or Poly but staying offsite at a cheap hotel and still letting your child experience a piece of the magic is special.

Now if you made the parks for the resort guests only, it would make people appreciate their vacation a little more, and force them to do the one thing they should be doing.


Me like-y your evil genius thinking. Shorter lines, fewer jerks by proportion, more Disney to myself. It also goes with my belief that the parks are too inexpensive to get into. It's never gona happen though. Someone said bad or impossible for business and thats it.
