The attraction is closed, and it was one of Walt's favorites. Granted, its original concept resulted into the Hall of Presidents. Nonetheless, it is an original that Walt held dear to his heart.

I think it should be reworked into the original. I wish *I* could see it during my first Disneyland trip (hopefully next year).

The reason why it is closed is to make way for a DL exibit for the 50th ( which should be very cool ). No one knows if it will reopen afterwords because it is sadly unpopular. :(

Well, that depends on how the 50th Exhibit is...if it ends up being awesome and can stay like One Man's Dream did, I say "keep it!" Great Moments is fun, but not the most incredible thing I've ever watched...I preferred it before they changed it with the headsets and took "Golden Dreams" (same song from the American Adventure) out...Disneyland needs a good tribute to Walt, so if it is well done, keep it! :)

They should rework Mr. Lincoln to be part of the show about Walt and DL for the 50th then after the 50th bring it back to how it used to be, but update it some. No headsets.

I really like the headsets. It's a good addition to the show and involved the audience more. I agree with you about incorporating Mr. Lincoln with a tribute to Walt Disney.

Or how about having a show called Great Moments with Walt Disney? Just an idea.

What are you guys talking about?!!! This attraction is open. I just went on it on July 4th. And it doesn't seem to be in any kind of doom or danger of closing. If anything, the entire area--pre-show and show--looked pretty spiffed up to me.

I don't know what they are talking about either. It doesn't close until next spring to make way for the new exhibit.
