I ordered a park pass from disney for a trip starting on may 16 and i have not recieved it yet and my cred card was billed
the first couple days in april ... there are some many things going wrong with this trip i am freaked out ...

I just want to take my mom since she has been so sick before and deserves a chance to get away now that she is feeling better ...but then dentists and glasses and fires and my wicked step father got involed and stupid student loan and INCOME TAX and my brothers are acting crazy !!! i think fate is conspiring against me :brick: :fork:

If you don't recieve it soon, I'd call them and ask what happens if you don't recieve it before you leave. I guess you might be able to bring a proof-of-purchase to a local Disney Store or WDW and get it, but I'm not positive.

Did you just order a park hopper pass (like a four day park hopper) or are you staying with Disney? Generally, we don't get a physical pass because you use your room card when you get there.
No matter what, I'd call to clarify/verify the situation!

I just renewed my annual pass and received the voucher for it in about 5 days. I know you're in Canada, and the mail takes a little longer, but I think you should have gotten it by now. I'd definitely call them.

Ring Disney NOW and find out when they posted it - it maybe that they haven't sent it yet. If it has been posted then tell Disney that its not been received and what is your next step

'twas just the park pass i made the room ressies seperately ... and i called disney ... i found out they have been mailed but it has still been a long time ... sigh I HOPE they will be here by the time i leave .... btw anyone wanna come with me lol

I ordered an item from Canada and it took longer than estimated to get here. I am not sure what the deal is, but it looks like you might be caught up in the same problem. One person thought they are being careful about inspecting everything for terrorism. Not sure about that theory, but you never know.

I wish I could go with you! I am heading down on a road trip the last week of June. Best of luck.

btw- Are you really from the Toronto area? I was hoping to get a job assignment at the Brampton plant because it is such a cool city. I am also a big Ron Hawkins/LOTL fan as well.

hi ...well other items i requested on the same day got to me almost 2 weeks ago ... but anyways ... yes i live in the greater toronto area ... and I like toronto ...I think it rocks altho there has been some bad press lately it isn't bad here like some people would have you believe ... and woo hoo canadian dollar at 70 cents .... party on!!!! suddenly my trip outlook seems brighter ...

My brother lives in Canada and most of the time, mail gets there in a timely manner but every so often, it takes FOREVER and you are sure it's lost. I am not sure what causes it and we have never figured it out.

I am dumbfounded about the mail situation then. I was starting to freak when the item I ordered hadn't appeared in 3 weeks. I had paid a fairly big price for shipping, so I am a bit miffed it took so long. I haven't been to Canada since last August so I haven't been up on the rate. It was 50% then. Actually I was in Toronto for a show then. I have kind of been peripherally following the SARS scare, so I am not up on the true extent of it in Toronto. I know something was posted at work about a case or suspected case at the plant. If you attend Lion King, have fun! And best of luck with the tickets you are waiting for.

*holds her head in her hands* they mailed it ...YESTERDAY.... I hope they sprinkled it with pixie dust and had tink fly it to me or i am never gonna get it .

on another oh so positive note...the car...just stopped at an intersection and wouldn't move anymore...could be just a loose wire or something... or it could be trouble

I have such a bad feeling about this trip.
1. my mom...being not in best of health
2.I had to buy new glasses using money i was saving for trip
3.had to go to dentist 2 times using trip money
4. we had a fire
5.my foster brother has been a real jerk lately and
getting in trouble in school -he thinks he is "punk"
6.my wicked step father is going *the horror...the horror*
7.paying almost 400 income tax
8. tickets havent come yet
9.having to pay for stuff for my wicked step father
10.problems with my cat
11.problem with a pipe so we had to turn off furnace and get it fixed $ $
12.wicked step father breaks his hand and you don't want to know how

Wait, they told you they had mailed it and now they are saying yesterday? I think you will get them on time, but why did they tell you two different things? Did disney mess up, or are they sending you replacements?

maybe i should clarify ... i originally made one reservation and wanted park passes but then i canceled the reservation for the room because we had more people going and dates changed etc
but the passes were to still come... but obviously someone got confused so the passes were delayed ... they said they had them sent out last time i called but just monday i got a message saying that they were in the mail today ...sigh

I've been to Toronto several times in the past month and will be coming back May 24 & 25. Dance competitions - Toronto is a great place!

friday night-park pass arrived ! yay! and I went to lion king ...it was nifty ... car has apparently been "fixed" if everything hold together for just a little longer then DISNEY HERE I COME!
