The phone number and email address is printed on just about every merchandise reciept that I have gotten from WDW.
I always wondered why most people do not notice it.

How about Disney get off their dumb *** and open up a website where you could actually buy the merchandise they sell in the parks? The Disney Stores are CRAP and the online stuff they offer is marginal, at best.

I never understood why they didn't offer this stuff online, especially with Disney being a mega media player. Sure, it would take away sales from the parks, but in overall, it would increase the marketing base by offering the merchandise to a world wide audience and absolutely out pace anything they could do by just selling it at the parks.

The stuff they sell at WDW can't be found anywhere else in most cases. People want to buy this stuff, so why not let them have the chance to purchase it after they get home, etc?

It's 2005 last time I checked. Who calls up anywhere and describes something over the phone they want shipped to their house? How about using the Internet for this instead? I'll never understand Disney on this one. They are a company all about shaking you by your ankles and getting every last penny out of your pockets.

They will put Tinkerbell on a shirt over Roy's objections...but I can't buy any of this crap unless I go to a park?:hammer:

:wave: Though I to am interested in the dvd set that shoptheparks is offerinjg, I have done business with a very kind lady on ebay who buys stuff from the parks and sells it at very little of an increase.She also sells rather unique items like autograph books with signatures in them or pressed coin collections from many parks or resorts
