Gosh I hope you can sell it soon! How does that affect your taxes, w/ the 2 houses?
We technically don't own the old house. We have always paid the mortgage on it, but it's been in my parents' name. So really, that part won't affect our taxes. But since the one we bought it technically our first house, we get the $7,500 tax "credit." I was hoping to use that for some more furniture and decorating and a little towards savings, but we may use it for something else now.

Husker's good. Such a little pill sometime but such a lovey. Oh yeah he can definately sense something. He likes to lay his head on my belly...DH thinks he can hear it in there. And he's turned into such a baby! He wants to be carried around like a baby all the time. He's wag his tail and whine until one of us picks him up and then he'll put both paws on shoulders and lay his head on your shoulder.
It really is sweet. And he'll stay like that forever, not wanting to be put down. As soon as I go to put him down, he'll grip with his front paws and try crawling up further w/ his back ones. :lol: I told DH I can see it already; a few months from now I'm going to have a baby on 1 hip and the dog on the other
