Nope. Never did. I was all worried about if she'd bump her head on the sides or something, but she never did. she was fine. besides, you're supposed to take them down around the time they begin to pull themselves up... which is usually around the time they can roll over... so if they couldn't roll over before, how could they bonk their heads on the rails? It seemed silly to me. It DID look a little empty in there, but it was one less SIDS thing to worry about.

Yup, that's my current thoughts on them. It's just that they seem to come w/ all of the bedding sets.

I never found a bedding set I liked a whole lot... plus they're so freaking expensive!!! I wasn't paying more for a crib bumper, dust ruffle and a sheet than I did for MY king size conforter set. It's silly. I just bought a lot of sheets that I liked, and my mom made me a dust ruffle out of the pattern I really liked. They do sell dust ruffles sepretatley...

nooooooo comforters. Heck, Anastasia STILL doesn't sleep with a blanket. that's why they invented blanket sleepers. I mostly used the blankets and comforters I got for floor play, not sleeping. They're a BIG SIDS thing, not to mention that even now, I don't think she'd actually end up sleeping under it. It'd be all bunched up in the corner, and she'd be sprawled across it. They don't get the blanket concept until much later. :lol:
