That is our Epcot day for our upcoming trip .... Think we will pass and let th vloggers have at it. Figure might be a tad slow on opening day and we want to do the food booths.

My wife is also ready to hop on that boat.
Locally I pass on new places for a few months but Disney puts its best for forward opening new places with culinary leadership overseeing. They know everyone is watching and will put out reviews, etc. Folks at opening may get a *better* experience than guests months later.

Maybe we have just had bad luck then ... When we have been at places early in opening (last was opening day of a Steakhouse 71) it was extremely slow - to the point we decided to skip dessert and management was coming by apologizing to people, etc
I've heard from a source that the Hatbox Ghost will be appearing here soon.
Shouldn't that be the Bento Box Ghost?

Wow, love the variety there, tons of different combinations to try. Like that they have every price point represented, from a $7 Avocado Roll to a $300, premium boat or $125 Wagyu steak. Might try to hit this up the next time we are there.
So from now until Aug 28 it is walk up only and then on the 28th you can start getting reservations? If so, might need to check this out when we get in later this week. Looks really good.
