Does anyone know if the sheet music, complete with speaking parts, for the Candlelight Processional is available to purchase?

It would be an excellent choice for a Church choir to perform at Christmas.

I have absolutely no inside information about this whatsoever, but it wouldn't surprise me if that is something that Disney would keep to themselves. You can only see such a wonderful, unique program at Disneyland or EPCOT Center. If churches all across the country did the same program it wouldn't be as special and thus loses some of its appeal to see it at Disney.

This is the song list from the CD of the Candlellight Processional that they sell at EPCOT.

Most all the songs are already available as sheet music and/or are in hymnals.
The speaking parts are readings from Luke.
The speaking part about One Solitary Life that she says is this famous one:

One Solitary Life

He was born in an obscure village, the child of a peasant
woman. He grew up in another obscure village, where He
worked in a carpenter shop until He was thirty.
Then for three years He was an itinerant preacher. He never wrote a book. He never held office. He never owned a home. He never went to
college. He never set foot inside a big city. He never traveled two
hundred miles from the place where he was born.
He did none of the things that usually accompany greatness. He had no redentials but himself. He had nothing to do with this world except the naked power of His divine manhood.
While He was still a young man the
tide of popular opinion turned against Him. His friends deserted Him.
He was turned over to His enemies and went through the mockery
of a trial. He was nailed to a cross between two thieves. While He
was dying, His executioners gambled for the only piece of property
He had – His coat. When He was dead, He was taken down and
laid in a borrowed grave.

the parliaments that ever sat, and all the kings that ever reigned,
put together, have not affected the life of man upon this earth as
powerfully as this “One Solitary Life.”
