Sharing memory maker

I bought memory maker for our upcoming trip (13 days!). It will be my husband, daughter, parents and brother with me. Is there a way to connect it to everyone's band or do I always have to there for the photos to connect to the account?

If you are all linked on my Disney experience as friend and family, their bands should work as well. When it comes time to download the photos, you will only be able to do it from your account.

Also, if you try to view the photos as you go on vacation, keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hrs for the,to show up (especially during busy times).
