Sausage Balls​


  • 2½ cups “JIFFY” Baking Mix
  • 1 lb spicy pork sausage
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
dipping sauce

    • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup

    Step 1​

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  • Step 2​

    Combine Sausage Ball ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  • Step 3​

    Roll into 1½” balls. Arrange 1” apart on baking sheet. Bake 22 – 25 minutes or until internal temperature of sausage bites reaches 160°F.
  • Step 4​

    For dipping sauce, stir or whisk ingredients together.
