There have been rumors of a Toy Story Land and a land based on Asia including a Expedition Everest like ride.

Not yet. Toy Story Land is actually somewhat under sonstructuon and the Expedition Everest land comes from the Master Plan which was made well before Frozen.

well, it wouldn't be a problem of space... I think those two plus Frozen are the ones that have more possibilities.
